Anyone see Street magic secrets reviled on Saturday?
It was like the masked magician, but with street magic, David Blain
must be a bit hacked off as it reviled about half of the tricks he
did on the show, the one when he is interviewed by the bloke of
Titanic
One "mind trick" was something like this
Think of a two digit number between 1 and 50, with both digits being
different and odd
He says "it's 37" the people look shocked, wow that's amazing etc
It seems like they are being offered a choice of 50 numbers but they
are only left with
11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 31, 33, 37, 39
Apparently when asked the above question statistics show most people
will chose 37 , and those that don't get cut from the show.
Another was when he pretended to write a 3-digit number on a piece
of paper, handed a girl the pencil and asked her to read his mind,
when she said the number the magician looked shocked and showed her
the paper with the number she had said on it
While he was looking shocked he was writing (with a small pencil on
his thumbnail) the number she had said.
