Subject: (Greenbaum Speech) HYP & MIND CONTROL
Now, I don't like posting too many links, but you
might like these. It centres somewhat around Cults that
use Mind Control.
The first article

talks about, UFO abduction regression, and
makes reference to the ability of being hypnotised
against your will.
It references the second
article the "Greenbaum Speech" of D.C.HAMMOND
(http://www.davidicke.net/mindcontrol/research/re020101f.htm)
which talks about the use the different stages
(Alphas to Omega) of Cult brainwashing. And mentions that
through the use of techniques such as the use of pain
-e.g. "things like putting a mousetrap on their fingers
and teaching the parents, "You do not go in until the
child stops crying. Only then do you go in and remove
it."- You can be hypnotised/brainwashed against your
will.
Obviously as far as stage hypnosis goes,
I am firmly of the opinion that you can't be
hypnotised against your will. But there are clever tricks
that hypnotists have used in the past to get women to
take their clothes off.
The second is an
excellent article and also talks about the clinical
treatment of Cult members.
The first article I
mentioned does have quite a few features that are probably
not worth reading, "What IS Hypnosis". However It
also mentions George Estabrooks book on hypnosis. Have
any of you read it ?. I would like to
know.
The first also contains the clever hypnotic
riddle
involves implanting a real time suggestion that the
subject will not be able to hear anything going on around
him -- cutting off his sense of hearing. Subsequently
the, still hypnotised, subject will be asked if he can
hear and his reply will be "no."
This
articles are quite lengthy so read and both. My post has
probably not done both articles justice. Anyway, it will
be nice to hear your views. Derren's 'Mind Control'
is very light stuff, after you have read
these.
