The Foundation Course I'm on is three weekends
spread over 5 weeks.
On the first weekend we
covered:
Countdown Induction
Pendulum Induction
Plus a lot
more theory, history, and terminology. I personally
hypnotised 2 people over the weekend, and found that it is
really easy to put all those things you've read about
into practice.
