Subject: misogeny and stooges

2 things - knowing someone who knows Derren well,
I can assure you that a) the misogeny thing was a
joke and a dig at an ex-girlfriend in his book and
obviously should not be taken seriously, and b)he has never
used a single stooge in any part of any show. It's
just inelegant and unnecessary. I am assured of this
latter point by our mutual friend who knows Derren's
views on the subject. The fact that his effects are so
baffling and seemingly impossible are a testament to his
skills and superb thinking, not a pointer to use of
stooges.

Emily, are you sure you want me to pass that poem on?!
