Hate to get technical, but I don't know of any monitor
that can refresh 250,000 a second (250KHz), incuding a
new image on the screen - you might be able to do it
using a projector and film, but you'd still need to run
it 10,000 times faster than usual. Something I can't
see then viable setting up just for a tv program
