I have never used a tape, or seen them used. I
was self taught from books.
From what i read
some of the tapes are very good.
I would not
spend too much money on them.
Try and learn to
do it yourself, by visualisation.
Have you
ever seen kids watching cartoons, they are transfixed.
Or have you cried during a film. They are subtle
examples of TV hypnosis.
As far as depth or trance.
Each person and each tape will be different. It is
very subjective.
Using self hypnosis , the
deeper the trance the more colours you see. That is my
personal experience.
