I'm replying to my own message now!! LOL!!
Remember body language is important, eye contact etc, dont
look at the tenner when you give it to them, keep the
eye contact going, smiles are good and always use
"please" and "thank you" and be polite!
I live in
Yorkshire and its easy to travel to the smaller towns and
not pay for tickets, body language, when the man asks
"tickets please" just act normal as if you have already
dealt with him, remain reading the paper or book or
continue admiring the passing scenery etc. This way you do
not draw attention to yourself, lessons can be
learned in everyday life, just realise them and put them
to use.
